The activities carried out within the project will include:

The activities carried out within the project will include:

 

  • the identification of the old routes and of the respective archaeological and territorial heritage for the development of common upgrading actions;

 

  • the commensuration and diversification of the offer and of the available services to the different needs and expectations, with consequent specific approaches concerning the different levels of physical and cultural accessibility (school groups, handicapped people, educated beneficiaries..);

 

  • the enhancement of the cooperation methodology among the different territorial institutional subjects, with the projectual methodologies individuation for the development of the several interesting territories (i.e. the Umbria Region signed a Programme Agreement with other Public Bodies in order to carry out the different projects concerning this subject integrated and in line with the Interreg Project) ;

 

  • the reconstruction, through the multi-media character and the increase of the interactive vision, of the numerous territorial and archaeological elements and heritage existing in the cooperation area, the awareness or the acquisition or the common vision of which are lacking at the moment, in order to grant the required environmental compatibilities. the attraction of the public’s attention through strong image attractions with the application of “light architecture” for the philological and pedagogical reconstructive enhancement of the sites, through application of the real to the virtual, also with on-line connections, in the context of a sustainable environmental approach;

 

  • the organization of training courses about the supply of new services expressed by the project’s potentials;

 

  • the creation of a Foundation for the enhancement of the old Roman routes and of the respective historical-territorial goods and urban settlements, whose structural organization goes back to the Roman period, that will use the advanced and innovative technologies projected and realized with the project in the pilot applications and will give continuity to the project beyond the duration foreseen by Interreg;

 

  • the construction of internationally attractive events in order to create a system of relations and opportunities between the partnership of the project and institutions and initiatives with a high cultural content;

 

  • best practices on the methodologies for the identification of the places’ potentials within the sphere of influence of the historical presences and on the project types of light infrastructures that are compatible with the historical environment.
